Our systematic process begins with characterization of perfect results (outcomes) for the specific business. That is, we define the perfect “point B” in terms of:
- Production capacity
- Production quality
Characterizing “point B” enables our development of executive level Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the business or team. If clarity is lacking for any characteristic, we analyze peer groups, competitors, and/or industry standards to determine best performance in any area.
Having characterized perfection (or close to it), our assessment system next moves to study of today’s reality (“point A”). Preparation of roadmap and milestones to close the gap then follow.
- Objective determination of present situation
- Pin-point areas of improvement
- Enable onward development of KPI’s
- Establish repeatable assessment method
