Beyond the construction period, our teams have extensive experience in formation of service and operating companies, set-up of operations and maintenance (O&M) programs; local employee recruitment, screening, hiring, and training. Our experience also includes high-level oversight, monitoring, reporting, and providing remote technical support for operating facilities.
