Project Summary

This effort began with an objective analysis of the merit of various claims raised by the contractor (against the owner) involved in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of a new power plant. Over time, some of the claims were resolved or dropped; the rest are the subject of an arbitration period. The assigned representative of Productive Outcomes served as owner-side claims manager through the dispute process.
