Productive Outcomes recently completed a pre-feasibility study for a power plant expansion project in the Caribbean region. The work included research of local and international contractors to tender for the work, preparation and use of budgetary solicitations, review of plant engineering and performance characteristics. Also included, in collaboration with the customer’s finance department representatives, financial analyses of project costs and financial returns.
