Project Summary

We developed an integrated management system for an independent power producer overseas. The integrated system encompassed their Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) program, Business Continuity program, and Enterprise Risk program. Integrating the HSSE, BCM, and ERM programs reduced redundancy, streamlined policy and procedures, ensured strategic goals and objectives were aligned, and reduced conflicts between the three management systems.
