Productive Outcomes is excited to welcome Michael E. Cilinski to our team of experts. Mike brings 50 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry to our network. His vast array of experience has included positions such as VP of Operations and Technical Services, Director, General Manager. and Plant Manager positions throughout his career. Mike has been successful in positively impacting P&L and operational performance through alignment of resources and processes to meet or exceed mission objectives.

Mike's expertise includes a focus on Operations and Maintenance for IPP's (Independent Power Producers) and Utilities powered by wind, gas, coal, and oil. He has been involved in lead positions for executing energy divestitures and acquisitions.

In addition, his experience with a range of power generation technologies, he has also been involved in negotiations with organized labor in US and International power markets. He has had unique opportunity to maximize asset resources to exceed performance targets by implementing best practices and processes in a multitude of companies such as: Potomac Electric Power Company (PEPCO), Mirant Corporation, Project Assistance Corporation, Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG), North American Energy Services Corporation (NAES), and Marubeni Power International.

On a personal note, Mike lives in Clover, South Carolina just southwest of Charlotte, NC. He and his wife, Sara, have 2 married, adult children and 4 grandchildren. In addition to boating and golf, he enjoys small craft flying (private license with instrument rating) and has logged thousands of miles motorcycle riding.
