Productive Outcomes is pleased to welcome Sangita Singh to our team of experts as Executive Safety Coach/ HSE Consultant. Sangita brings 17 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in the energy (onshore & offshore), oil/gas energy services, power generation, and construction industries. She has led several key HSE projects such as Safety Culture Transformation and Benchmarking, HSE Management Systems (MS), Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Emergency Response and HSE Contractor Management. She has also managed strategic initiatives at a national level for large independent power producers and leading distributors of natural gas in Trinidad and Tobago. To add, Sangita has successfully completed 70 high-level HSE compliance audits in 51 energy companies, and 18 Production Alliances companies and implemented key HSE MS and HSE training programs to manage risks.

She received the Outstanding HSE Performance award in 2020 and 2021 by Heritage Petroleum Co Ltd., as well as the HSE Excellence Award in 2014 and 2015 by Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago Ltd (Petrotrin). Sangita has also served on several national public and private sector HSSE committees such as the former Chair and Vice Chair of the largest energy industrial estate association in Trinidad.

As a safety professional she is self-motivated and possesses the drive and determination to coach all teams in varying dimensions. She believes in SAFETY as a core value and strongly believes that the journey towards safety excellence in organizations is far more important than the destination itself. Sangita passionately pursues her goal to build the hearts and minds in people with a common goal and that is “Caring for People”.

Sangita's key academic qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) Occupational Safety, Health, Environment, and Industrial Hygiene, (MERIT) with emphasis on Safety Culture, University of Greenwich (UK) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Environmental Studies and Natural Resource Management (Major), Chemistry (Minor), Hons. She has successfully completed ISO 20700 Integrated Lead Implementer; Certified Management Systems Consultant, GCS (USA); ISO Lead Auditor (45001 and 14001), JSA Inc. (Canada); General Certificate in NEBOSH (UK), Process Safety Management (NEBOSH) along with specialized Incident Command System training 100/200/300.
