Project Summary

Oversee Construction Completion and Commissioning of a Challenged Project

PO Advisory assigned a senior, site-based representative to serve as Owner’s Project Director overseeing construction and commissioning of a new gas turbine combined cycle power plant. The project had experienced delays for various reasons including COVID restrictions on travel and shipping. Under direction of the customer’s management committee, our representative guided contractor’s project activities at site while coordinating with project company insurers, legal advisors, owner’s engineer, fuel supplier, operating company, and local utility. The project was successfully declared commercial and has enjoyed exceptional performance since.
