Project Summary

Capital Project Lifecycle consulting being at the core of our services we have performed Concept, Pre-Development, and Development for a variety of project types. Most recently we performed this service for a client building a 50 MW solar PV plant with battery storage. This scope included participating pre-feasibility studies, sourcing manufacturers and suppliers, budgeting and financial modeling, site selection, and writing the tender.
