EPC Claims Management, Combined Cycle Power Plant

PO Advisory worked with the customer’s leadership team and the owner’s engineer to evaluate the validity of contractor claims associated with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of a combined cycle power plant. For the claims deemed not valid, PO Advisory assisted the customer in selection and guidance of legal counsel through the process of arbitration according to rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in London. The outcome was highly favorable to the customer.
