Technical Evaluation and Re-Write of Long-Term Service Agreements

PO Advisory has extensive recent experience in the technical and commercial evaluation, revision, and/or re-write of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) for major power plant equipment. While achieving mutually beneficial arrangements within LTSAs has always been tough, manufacturers in recent years have increasingly drifted toward high priced, one-sided provisions (their side). PO Advisory works with its customers and their assigned legal counsel to edit or re-write sections of LTSAs to inject balance into the envisioned contractual relationship. Thereafter, our representatives usually participate with customers in presenting and negotiating the changes.

In those instances where a successful LTSA is not foreseen, PO Advisory guides and assists its customers in developing and implementing major maintenance alternatives.
