Productive Outcomes has been awarded an IDIQ contract with the State of Pennsylvania to perform strategic planning, best practice analysis, compliance audits, business operational assessments, performance and process assessments and improvements, and business management development, modeling, and benchmarking for all agencies within the Commonwealth, participating political subdivisions, authorities, and private colleges and universities.
